Classes of Membership: Active, Associate, Corporate/Vendor Sponsor, Life, Honorary, Retired.

Eligibility for Active Membership: Chiefs of Police of Oklahoma Municipal, City, Indian, and Campus Police (agency peace officers); Chief Administrators of Oklahoma County, State, and Federal law enforcement agencies; Chief Executive Officers of Oklahoma Rail, Air and Public Transportation agencies which enforce local, state or federal laws; Commanders, Chiefs or Provost Marshals of military law enforcement agencies located in Oklahoma, and those persons in the above agencies, who by title, are designated by the chief administrators to act during their absences.

Eligibility for Associate Membership: Persons who are not eligible for active membership, but who are qualified by training and experience in police or other law enforcement activity, or by other professional attainments in police science or administration shall be eligible for associate membership.
